About Gippsland Party Hire
Gippsland Party Hire is a family run business based in Cobains (10 minutes outside of Sale), built around keeping event planning simple, straightforward, and stress-free. No fuss, no pretence- just reliable, high quality hire with genuine, friendly service for everything from backyard parties to weddings and larger events.
We took over the business just over 12 months ago as complete newcomers to the event and wedding industry. It was a big step into something new, but it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey. In that time, we’ve had the privilege of helping more than 300 clients celebrate weddings, milestones, and community and corporate events.
As locals, community is a big part of who we are. We’re proud to support grassroots sport across Gippsland, sponsoring Sale City Junior Football Club, Stratford and District Angling Club, Toongabbie Cricket Club, and East Gippsland Performance & Quarter Horse Association.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to take the stress off your shoulders and help you create a great event without the hassle.

Our Equipment Range
Marquees
Our 6m width and 10m width clearspan marquees are custom built exactly to your needs.
The 6m width range is available with white vinyl, while the 10m width range is available with white or clear vinyl.
Our marquees are completely set up and packed down by us, these are not available as a DIY option.

Our clearspan marquees are built for strength, stability, and look great too, no matter the weather Mother Nature likes to throw our way in Gippsland.
Funnily enough, most of our weddings and events this season have endured strong winds and heavy rain, so our marquees have really been put to the test, safely withstanding the elements and keeping everyone and everything protected inside.
